1. What is the eligibility for Franchisee?
  • Matric with computer literacy
  • Males & females are eligible
  • Should be a CNIC holder
  • Should have business & sales aptitude
  • Holding a suitable place from business point of view preferably in commercial / populated area with high footage

2. Who all are ineligible to be e-Sahulat franchisees?

Known defaulters, people with police history and not enjoying good marker reputation.


3. Can I deploy e-Sahulat along with my existing business?

Yes, there is no bar rather people already in business are given preference, however your line of business should not have any conflict with computer related activities.


4. How I can apply for e-Sahulat?
  • Apply on the specified application form available at NADRA Offices / Centers or can be downloaded from www.esahulat.com.pk.
  • Application duly filled along with deposit slip of Rs.400/- (processing fee).

5. What are the stages my application will go through?

After receipt of your application it will be checked for its correctness, an e-Sahulat team will physically verify your location. Once selected an "Offer Letter" will be issued. On receipt applicant will forward the license fee draft thereafter further formalities will be completed.


6. I applied for e-Sahulat License, What is the status of my Application?

In order to know the status of your application please call at 051-90391757 or email at esahulat@nadra.gov.pk.


7. What is the License Fee?

The license fee for major cities (Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Multan, Rawalpindi and Peshawar) is Rs. 100,000 whereas for remaining cities/towns the license fee is Rs.20, 000.


8. Why my application is rejected?

There can be many reasons.

  • Applicant might not fulfill the eligibility criterion.
  • Your proposed site is not as per NADRA Specification.
  • An e-Sahulat franchise is already present in your locality.

9. How much distance should be kept between 2 Franchisees?

It is not the matter of distance. e-Sahulat is basically deployed for 2-3 thousand housing units.


10. Can I apply for more than one License?

No, as per policy one person can have only one e-Sahulat franchise license.


11. What kind of hardware is required to operate an e-Sahulat?

A computer (may be a desktop or a laptop), a printer and an internet connection.


12. What kind of computer should I buy?

The computer having P-IV specification is mandatory for e-Sahulat application.


13. What kind of Printer should I buy?

You can have Dot Matrix/ Token Printer or printer of your own choice.


14. What kind of Software should be installed on my Computer?

Window 2000 with internet explorer 6 or above is necessary for e-Sahulat application.


15. What kind of connection is required for internet?

You may have WLL/ Dialup /DSL/ISDN with internet


16. My RTF is not being connected?

Check your internet connection. The problem is with your ISP


17. I have forgotten My Web Password.

Please forward the request to your Regional Manger Kiosk to refresh your password.

18. I have forgotten my PIN number. How can I refresh my password?

Please forward the request to your regional manager Kiosk for refresh of the pin number.


19. The designated bank Branch is not accepting the Cash..

Please forward the detail of the branch which is not accepting the cash at esahulat@nadra.gov.pk.


20. I have not received the Recharge.

Please send the stamped deposit slip through fax at 051-90393000 or email at esahulat.recharge@nadra.gov.pk.


21. What is the minimum and maximum limit of Recharge?

There is no limit defined in the system for recharge purpose. You can deposit the cash of your own choice / requirement for recharging. However, it is advised to keep the sufficient balance in your e-Sahulat account.


22. My profit is not Updated / Added to my account.

Please forward the detail of transactions carried out at your outlet through email at esahulat@nadra.gov.pk.


23. The bill of customer is not updated in KIOSK/e-Sahulat System.

Please forward the consumer number and company name at kioskinfo@nadra.gov.pk


24. On clicking "PAY BILL", an error occurs and application exit.

Please check the file max transaction in your folder NADRA in C Drive and if available delete it and re-log the software application.


25. Can I use NADRA e-Sahulat/KIOSK hoarding for other Advertisement?

As per policy e-Sahulat hoarding can not be used for other advertisement.


26. Where do I find nearest e-Sahulat point in my area?

Please call at our helpdesk 051-90391757 or at our regional support centres.


27. Shall I bring the Utility Bill with me?

Yes, it is mandatory to bring your utility bill at e-Sahulat outlet for posting of the same in the system.


28. I am being issued a Stamp receipt instead of printed receipt.

This is against the SOPs. Get the printed receipt from franchisee. If he can not give you electronic receipt than forward the detail like e-Sahulat ID and location at esahulat@nadra.gov.pk.


29. The Franchisee is overcharging me.

Please forward the detail of the franchisee at esahulat@nadra.gov.pk. It is against the SOPs and franchisee will be penalized for charging extra amount.


30. Arrears are added to my current bill even I deposited bill before due date on NADRA KIOSK/e-Sahulat System.

Please go to utility company office along with the electronic receipt issued from NADRA and they will rectify the mistake.


31. The Franchise is not properly clean and up-to the standards of NADRA.

Please forward the detail of franchisee to esahulat@nadra.gov.pk.


32. I don't have Username, how I can get this?

Click on 'Sign up' on home page and provide information by filling in form. Or you can send an email providing your name, cnic, kiosk id, location address, cell number to support@esahulat.com.pk otherwise call at telephone number 051 - 90391757.


33. I forget my Password?

Click on link 'Forget your password?" on home page. Then fill in form and click on submit. Our support person will contact you shortly.


34. What is the benefit of signing in?

You will get latest news, manuals, SOPs, Software patches upgrades and can register complaint online.


35. I have username and password, but still I am unable to log in?

First don't share your password with anyone. In this case someone has changed your password. Please contact support@esahulat.com.pk or call at telephone number 051 - 90391757 and provide your name, kiosk id, location address and cell number.
